Sheila Cunliffe FCIPD
Director and Principal Consultant

  • Sheila Cunliffe is a Director-level People and OD professional with over 35 years of experience in the Health, Education, Public and Not for Profit Sectors.
  • She has a proven track-record of leading the formulation of HR and corporate strategy and implementing improved operational HR delivery frameworks
  • Part of her work is as a thought-leader, and she develops and undertakes independent research in areas of current interest to people professionals. Since 2021 Sheila has run a longitudinal research project which tracks racism in recruitment in the 18 NHS acute trusts in London.
  • Sheila is experienced in managing the corporate People and Organisational Development function, including repositioning, restructuring, and developing under-achieving HR and other Corporate Services functions
  • Her success has required strong strategy development, programme management, process improvement, communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills
  • Sheila is a dependable, confident, results-oriented, creative thinker with high professional standards. She has specialist personal and professional interests in building psychologically healthy workplaces where talent can thrive, and developing leaders who will enable a diverse workforce to deliver great results

Amanda Whitlock: Senior Associate Consultant

Amanda

Amanda Whitlock is an experienced Wellbeing and Mental Health trainer and consultant and is licensed by Mental Health First Aid England. She is the Director of Total Wellbeing Matters, an award-winning training and consultancy business specialising in improving workplace wellbeing.

Amanda works with organisations and teams to develop and implement bespoke solutions which enhance  organisational wellbeing and effectiveness. Amanda is also a qualified life coach, corporate wellbeing coach, and grief and bereavement mentor.

With a strong background as a senior manager in the charity sector. Amanda has extensive experience in strategic management and business development. Amanda has worked with a wide range of clients across the charity, public, health and private sectors.
